VALID STUDIES FOR THE STUDENT VISA IN SPAIL

The new Immigration Regulations in spain require that those applying for a study stay in Spain choose a course that is recognized under one of the following options:

REGISTER OF UNIVERSITIES, CENTERS, AND DEGREES (RUCT) https://universidades.sede.gob.es/pagina/index/directorio/Proc_Ruct

STATE REGISTRY OF NON-UNIVERSITY EDUCATIONAL CENTERS (RCD) https://www.educacionfpydeportes.gob.es/contenidos/centros-docentes/buscar-centro-no-universitario.html

OTHER: OFFICIAL RECOGNITION (DT UNICA)

Below are some examples of courses our clients have chosen that have allowed them to obtain their study stay authorization:

1.- MASTER'S DEGREE IN FILM DIRECTING AND STAGING:

- ECIB: Barcelona Film School.

- 20 hours per week

- OTHER: Agreement with the University of Vic.

2. MASTER'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION:

- University of Navarra.

- 20 hours per week.

- Registry of Universities, Centers, and Degrees.

3. MIR PREPARATION COURSE:

- AMIR academies.

- 20 hours per week.

- Agreement with UDIMA University.

- Successful completion of the course grants the right to obtain a Master's degree in Medicine.

4. MASTER'S DEGREE IN DIGITAL MARKETING, TRANSFORMATION DESIGN THINKING:

- EAE BUSINESS SCHOOL

- 20 hours.

- Registry of Universities, Centers, and Degrees.

In addition to the above requirement, if you apply for a study permit while in Spain as a tourist, you must submit the application within the first 30 days of entering Spain and must leave at least two months' notice from the time you apply for the residence permit until the start of classes.
