Note: accreditation of the prior existence of an employment relationship is not valid to accredit a professional relationship and vice versa.

• Accreditation of the actual and continuous activity for at least one year of the foreign company or group of companies with which the worker maintains an employment or professional relationship, based on the official certificate from the commercial registry or equivalent of the company in the country of origin.
